AIA’s Founders have the combined skill set of real estate and private equity investing and understand how to identify, structure, and support emerging real estate talent.  We seek opportunities to support and invest in outstanding talent in real estate defined by investment focus, a compelling strategy, and positioned for long-term growth.  Our team has a differentiated set of skills – combining real estate expertise and operational and business management – coupled with a network that could support and grow emerging talent.

Making the same move, AIA’s Founders value team commitment, incentive, and full alignment through ownership. We are therefore seeking like minded emerging teams or teams seeking to shift from being “captive” to “independent” with the following criteria:

• A reputation of integrity 
• Geographically focused on Europe (UK and/or Western Europe)
• A clear and focused strategy and specialization 
• A demonstrated and proven personal and/or team track record in core/core+ style Investments
• If currently running, current AUM must not exceed a NAV of USD 250 million
• A sustainable business model
