Alternative Investment Advisory WLL (AIA) was established in March 2019 to provide institutions and private investors conflict-free and fully aligned advisory. AIA is an independent and management owned firm offering business advisory to financial institutions namely in wealth management capacity enhancement and product development strategies; financial advisory services primarily in M&A and capital markets services in local private equity and venture capital transactions; and asset management services in European Real Estate investments through our sister company AIA Capital Advisors Ltd. 

AIA is led by its founding partners, Rasha Abdullah Alqenaie and Nasser Faisal Alkhaled who have previously worked together at Global Investment House, a regional asset management company headquartered in Kuwait City, where they previously held leadership roles in wealth management and real estate functions. Their skills, expertise and leadership were instrumental in Global’s successful re-emergence and the revival of Global’s real estate activities. Rasha and Nasser joined forces with Reham Fouad Alghanim, who brings a wealth of hands-on principal investment experience and a wide network of relationships.  

The Founders come with hands-on recent and relevant experience and strong personal track-records in both “coverage” and “product” terms, and the ability to connect these two strategically. We provide a gateway to our tested relationships and access to local and international opportunities. The Founders have deep knowledge and relationships with capital sources across the GCC. 

We are and will always remain a service to the GCC capital market with a clear focus and local knowledge of the investment markets we advise our institutional and private clients to deploy their capital into.
