During his tenure at Global Investment House, Nasser Alkhaled initiated the European Commercial Property Investment program in partnership with local asset managers.  During the period between Q4 2015 and Q4 2018, the program syndicated over USD 200 million of equity and aggregated a portfolio of 9 commercial properties valued in excess of USD 500 million and delivered over 10% returns through income distributions and 3 exits.  This was achieved in spite of market cycle entry point and geopolitical challenges.
