Reham F. Alghanim

Founding Partner

Reham has over 20 years of experience in finance and investments in various sectors with emphasis on real estate, infrastructure, and aviation. She currently holds the title of Deputy Chairman and CEO of Fouad Alghanim & Sons Group of Companies, a multi-operational body of companies engaged in a number of diverse commercial enterprises. She is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC).

Reham brings her extensive network of corporate relationships and access to exclusive opportunities to AIA’s partners.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Literature and Business Management from the University of Paris

Rasha A. Alqenaei

Founding Partner

Rasha has more than 19 years of experience in Wealth Management. She started her career with Global Investment House in Kuwait and was a key founding member of the Wealth Management function at Global, leading to her role as EVP and Head of Wealth Management, where she was responsible for all distribution activities regionally. Rasha was a member of several executive committees at Global where she had an active role in steering the company’s strategy.

Rasha brings her vast experience and knowledge of the regional capital markets to AIA’s partners. Her deep and practical expertise provides AIA’s clients the tools to enhance product offering and market positioning.

Rasha holds a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences  from Kuwait University 

Nasser F. Alkhaled

Founding Partner

Nasser has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Private Equity. Prior to AIA, he spent 12 years at Global Investment House, where he headed the Real Estate Asset Management department. At Global, he initiated the European Commercial Real Estate investment program and aggregated a portfolio of assets in the UK and Germany.  Prior to heading the Real Estate AM department, Nasser was a key member of Global’s Private Equity team, where he originated, structured, and led key PE transactions and was instrumental in managing portfolio companies in the education, apparel retail, logistics, and healthcare industry.

Nasser brings his hands on experience in European Real Estate and regional Private Equity investments to AIA’s partners. 

Nasser holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Denver
